Mosquito Lagoon

Mosquito Lagoon is a great fishing spot. The usual catches are redfish, sea-trout, snook, tarpon, grouper, black drum, ladyfish and many more. There is a bait shop around half a mile away. You can also find a clean bathroom, BBQ spot and convenient store. There is a huge parking lot on the lagoon. You can also rent boats and there is no entry fee to fish. However, they require you to have a fishing license. 

Direction: 
From the Airport, you will travel about 26 miles east on the FL 528.
Head north on I-95 for a little over 8 miles until the exit for State Road 406 (exit number 220) towards Titusville.
State Road 406 is also known as Garden Street which becomes A max Brewer Memorial Parkway or State Road 402.
Take this to where it forks into Playalinda Beach Road.
